Who is Glen Powell?
Glen Powell was born on October 21, 1988, in Austin, Texas, USA. His full name is Glen Thomas Powell Jr. His father is Glen Powell, and his mother is Cindy Powell. Growing up in Texas, Glen Powell graduated from Westwood High School in Austin. During high school, he played football and lacrosse. He completed his university education at the University of Texas in the Radio, Television, and Film department.
Glen Powell started his acting career at the age of 13, starring alongside Antonio Banderas and Sylvester Stallone in the movie “Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.”
Following the bodybuilding advice he received from Sylvester Stallone, Glen Powell developed his biceps and trapezius muscles. In 2007, before his first year in college, he acted in “The Great Debaters,” directed by and starring Denzel Washington.
In 2016, Glen Powell played a role in the movie “Hidden Figures.”
A licensed pilot, Glen Powell portrayed Lieutenant Tom Hudner, a real-life pilot from the Korean War, in the 2022 film “Devotion.”
In 2022, he starred alongside Tom Cruise in the movie “Top Gun: Maverick.”
Glen Powell was in a relationship with designer Gigi Paris from 2020 to 2023.
